Dominique has  ample experience in real estate and real estate development, community building, training/education, entrepreneurship, and building diversity initiatives. Her background includes consulting with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center to strengthen diversity and inclusion initiatives, leading  social entrepreneurship and innovation in affordable housing, at Vanderbilt University's Wond'ry Innovation Center, and  launching Nashville's first community land trust.  Dominique's professional experience also includes 15 years of public relations and communications experience, including lifestyle and multicultural PR, as well as crisis communications. She has also been the Executive Director of the TN Affordable Housing Coalition, since 2021.

She lends her time to prominent organizations, including the Women’s Affordable Housing Network, where she is President of the  emerging TN Chapter, in addition to being actively involved with Urban Land Institute, where she has chaired various committees and spoken at a numerous conferences and events.
